Step 1: Official Chamber of Commerce & Tax Verification
We verify the company’s legal existence in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette (Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi), checking corporate capital, official directors, tax compliance (Vergi Levhası), and verifying that the registered address matches the actual manufacturing facility.#
Step 2: Machine Park & Production Line Inspection
We inspect the factory floor to ensure the supplier actually owns and operates the machinery required for your order, rather than subcontracting to unvetted third parties.#
Step 3: Raw Material Traceability & Storage Conditions
Quality begins with raw materials. We inspect raw fabric rolls, stainless steel stock, or plastic pellets, ensuring proper humidity control and certification batch numbers (e.g. OEKO-TEX, ISO 9001).#
Step 4: In-Line Process Controls (DUPRO)
When 30% to 50% of the production batch is assembled, our inspectors perform random sampling to catch stitching errors, dimensional deviations, or color shifts before bulk finishing.#
Step 5: Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4
Before final payment is released, we perform statistical AQL Level II sampling. Defect limits (Critical: 0, Major: 2.5, Minor: 4.0) are strictly enforced.#
Step 6: Packaging, Barcode & Drop Testing
We inspect master cartons for burst strength, verify that Amazon FNSKU or EAN-13 barcodes scan with 100% readability, and conduct 5-point drop tests.#
